Registration costs higher than early bird will be covered by the alumnus. ALL cancellations must be confirmed by Lesa Purcell at the Central Office. Alumni volunteers are strongly encouraged to make their hotel reservations early and share a hotel room.

Do I need proof of COVID-19 vaccination or a negative test?

Yes. As a values-based brotherhood, we have a special responsibility to each other and society. The Fraternity requires proof of vaccination or a negative COVID test submitted no earlier than 48 hours prior to the start of Karnea. By providing proof of vaccination or negative test, you are helping the Fraternity provide a safe environment for our members, volunteers and staff. After completing your conference registration, you will receive a link with instructions on how to upload your vaccination record card or submit a negative test. The COVID test must be submitted no earlier than August 1. Please note: if you previously provided a vaccination card for a division conference, Catalyst, PresX or any other Fraternity program where vaccination was required, you will not be asked to upload proof of vaccination again.

Those unable to provide either are encouraged to attend a future Fraternity event when COVID-19 is a non-issue.
