Full Karnea registration includes: All convention activities, programming, scheduled meals, convention materials, Karnea T-Shirt. All other meals are on your own.

UNDERGRADUATE DELEGATES
Official Chapter Delegates should register without payment utilizing the coupon code provided to each chapter president. This coupon waives the registration fee at checkout during the early-bird period. Registrations after that deadline will incur the difference between the early-bird rate and the current rate at the time of registration.
Arrival and Departure Plans for Karnea
Chapter delegates must complete a brief online training before arriving in Phoenix. During this training session, legislative rules are reviewed, including how business is introduced and voted upon, and new legislation is reviewed.
Each chapter must send three (3) elected voting delegates. This includes two (2) undergraduates and one (1) alumnus per chapter and colony.
The Karnea opening celebration begins at 7:30 p.m. local time on Wednesday, August 5, 2026. Karnea concludes with the Karnea Banquet on Saturday, August 8. Please plan to depart Phoenix on Sunday, August 9.
How Do I Reserve My Hotel Room?
General attendees should book their rooms via the JW Marriott Phoenix Desert Ridge Resort & Spa room block at the link below. Delta Tau Delta has negotiated a room block rate of $189 per night plus taxes and fees. The current average per-night rate outside the block is more than $500. Reserve your room while they last!

Additional Volunteer & Undergraduate Delegate Information
Early-bird registration is covered for the lead chapter advisor or, in their absence, one official alumni delegate. Approval of alternate delegates must be confirmed by the central office. Official delegates should register during the early-bird period. Registration costs above the early-bird rate will be charged to the registrant.

For each approved alumni volunteer, half of each hotel night (maximum of four nights) has been covered. Alumni delegates will be paired at random, unless otherwise requested by emailing Melissa Keating at melissa.keating@delts.org by May 1, 2026. Additionally, alumni delegates may buy out the second half to obtain a single room (subject to hotel availability). Arrangements to pay the remaining half can be made by contacting Veronica McSorley at veronica.mcsorley@delts.org.
Important Notes:
General attendees must manage their reservations with the hotel directly, including reserving, modifying or canceling.
Any chapter delegation wishing to cancel their room must complete the Room Cancelations Form prior to May 1, 2026, to avoid additional penalties. Because the Delta Tau Delta constitution mandates attendance, no refunds will be issued for prepaid rooms.

Karnea is a time to recognize the accomplishments of students, chapters, volunteers, and alumni. All applicable awards will be presented at the 2026 Karnea. Any member in good standing may submit a nomination.
