2024 Arch Chapter Application

Thank you for your interest in serving on Delta Tau Delta’s Board of Directors. The Board of Directors, or Arch Chapter, is the strategic heart of the organization. To be elected to the Arch Chapter is among the highest honors a Delt can receive.

Any member considering service to the Arch Chapter should review the requirements and obligations of service below prior to applying.

Officers, board of directors members and student director requirements:

  • At-large Director roles are open to any alumnus member of the Fraternity in good standing who is able to serve through the next Karnea.
  • The Student Director role is open to any member of the Fraternity who will be an active student member in good standing at the time of election and will remain an undergraduate through the next Karnea.
  • Only current directors at large are eligible to run for the position of vice chairman.
All officers and directors are expected to:


  • Champion Delta Tau Delta's mission, policies, programs, and needs, as well as understand its vision
  • Prepare, attend, and conscientiously participate in semi-annual board meetings
  • Faithfully read and understand board materials in advance of meetings
  • Participate fully in one or more committees or task forces
  • Serve as active advocates and ambassadors for the Fraternity
  • Fully engage in identifying and securing the financial resources and partnerships necessary to advance the Delt mission
  • Leverage connections, networks, and resources to develop collective action to achieve the Delta Tau Delta mission and vision
  • Make a meaningful personal financial donation to the Delta Tau Delta Educational Foundation
