What is the Leadership Consultant?

The consultant wants to see the chapter or colony succeed. He is a resource for the entire school year. If the group has any issue, and the consultant is not there any member should send him an email or give him a call. Some examples would be if the IFC chairman needs advice on a piece of legislation, he can review the chapter’s FAAR or the colony’s petition, help with Bylaw changes, or answer questions about chapter structure.

What the Leadership Consultant is Not?

He is not there to get a chapter or colony in trouble. The best way to work with the leadership consultant is to be open and honest. To maximize the consultant’s impact the chapter or colony should be transparent. He cannot help with issues he is not aware of. He will help groups work through any issues they may have.
