Several colleges with Delt players were still active last Saturday. Stanford beat Notre Dame, 38-36, to run its record to 10-2 with a final regular season game versus Southern California this weekend. Cardinal offensive lineman Brandon Austin saw special teams duty again for Stanford. Idaho won its fourth and final game of the season, 38-31, over Texas State as fullback Brady Strodtbeck and defensive back Jack Tate played on special teams. New York Jets kicker Randy Bullock (Texas A&M University, 2012) helped his club beat the Miami Dolphins, 38-20, with a 41 yard field goal on his only attempt and five extra points.

In the NAIA FCS quarter-final playoffs, the Baker Wildcats lost to Southern Oregon, 38-20, to end its season with an 11-2 record. In the contest, quarterback Logan Brettell completed 22 of 35 pases for 206 yards and a touchdown. He also ran the ball 16 times for 67 yards and a TD. Safety Hayden Jenkins was in on eight tackles and defensive lineman Josh Koch made four stops. Prior to the playoffs, the Heart of America Athletic Conference South Division announced its all-conference selections. Koch was named to the first team and was Co-Defensive Player of the Year while Jenkins was chosen for the South Division second team.
