Vatti Added as Third Chapter Support Coordinator
The Fraternity is pleased to announce Justin Vatti will be added as a third chapter support coordinator. Upon assuming this role, Vatti will provide recruitment, finance and overall operational support to a group of assigned chapters. Additionally, he will work alongside fellow chapter support coordinators Kelley Fox and Nick Yarborugh to oversee the Fraternity’s awards and accreditation process. Vatti will work from the Central Office and live in the Indianapolis area. He will start this new position on June 7.
Justin Vatti (Moravian College, 2020) earned a bachelor’s degree in political science, with a minor in public health. He served one year as a colony support consultant successfully assisting four colonies through the petition process and oversaw the execution of both virtual and in-person installations. As an undergraduate, he served the Theta Tau Chapter as director of accreditation, director of academic affairs, wellness chairman and president. He looks forward to continuing his career with the Central Office and assisting Delts across the country.
With Vatti assuming this role, Director of Growth Adam Abbott will oversee the search for his replacement on the Fraternity’s leadership consultant team. Until his replacement can be identified he will continue to oversee the execution of the Fraternity’s installation ceremonies and assist colonies who have already submitted a petition to the Arch Chapter.
