
Josh Schneider
Director
Josh Schneider is a strategic leader, accomplished executive, and lifelong Delta Tau Delta brother whose record of service and leadership reflects the Fraternity’s highest ideals. A Delta Tau Delta alumnus of the Zeta Delta Chapter at Texas State University, Josh has spent more than three decades leading, mentoring, and strengthening Delta Tau Delta at the chapter, campus, regional, and national levels. He served as chapter Treasurer and President in the mid-1990s and has remained deeply engaged ever since.
Professionally, Josh is a Principal & Senior Partner at Sikich LLC, where he leads a large consulting practice responsible for significant annual revenue, client success, talent development, and operational performance. He is a recognized expert in strategic implementation, business analysis, and organizational transformation, with multiple professional certifications and more than 25 years of experience helping companies improve performance and achieve complex business objectives. Josh is regularly engaged by large enterprise organizations to lead critical transformation initiatives, improve profitability, strengthen operations, and guide long-term strategic change. His work has directly impacted marquee companies, including SpaceX, Bank of America, Honey Baked Ham, CanAm Steel, and many others. His career has been defined by solving complex problems, aligning diverse stakeholders, improving organizations through thoughtful change, and consistently delivering measurable results. Prior to Sikich, Josh served as CIO for East Lake Capital Management, a private equity group with more than $14 billion under management. Prior to East Lake, Josh served as Director of IT (the highest office in technology) for Daisy Brand LLC, where he helped lead the company from $300 million to nearly $1 billion in annual revenue.
Josh’s Fraternity service spans a broad range of leadership roles. He has served as House Corporation President since 2002, Chapter Advisor at Baylor University, a member of the Delta Tau Delta Foundation Board, a member of the Arch Chapter (Western Plains Division President), and a Division Vice President. He also served as Local Karnea Co-Chair for the 2012 Karnea, helping lead one of the Fraternity’s most important national events. In addition, Josh has worked extensively with Alumni Supervisory Councils and university committees supporting multiple chapters. This experience has provided him with a deep understanding of undergraduate development, housing, alumni engagement, governance, event planning, and long-term Fraternity strategy. Josh has attended PARs, Emerge, Catalyst, and multiple division conferences and Karneas.
Josh’s leadership style reflects a combination of strategic perspective, practical execution, and steady accountability. Whether guiding businesses through transformation, helping chapters navigate complex situations, or mentoring undergraduates and alumni, he approaches leadership with a long-term mindset grounded in integrity, service, and responsibility.
Josh lives in McKinney, Texas, with his wife, Monda. Their son is a sophomore at the University of Oklahoma and an active Delta Tau Delta undergraduate leader, while their daughter, Meredith, is a senior. As both a father and lifelong Delt, Josh values the importance of preserving Delta Tau Delta’s traditions while supporting its continued growth and relevance for future generations.
