Jeff is a Partner in KPMG’s Chicago office Business Tax Services Practice, where he leverages over 25 years of experience to support multinational corporations across various industries. As a lead tax partner, he oversees tax reporting and compliance projects, large-scale restructuring and legal entity rationalization efforts, and U.S. tax provision preparation and support services. Jeff specializes in helping companies use tax and operational functions to boost after-tax free cash flow, lower the effective cost of capital, increase reinvestment potential, and turn tax savings into revenue growth.
Before joining KPMG, Jeff gained extensive industry experience with public and private companies, focusing on ASC 740, income tax compliance, mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, and tax structuring.
A thought leader on global tax reform, Jeff has published in the Chicago Business Journal and appeared on Tax Analysts’ Taxing Issues webcast for an in-depth analysis of Pillar Two. He frequently speaks at industry events, including The Chicago Tax Club, Chicago Bank Tax Day, the KPMG Chicago Bank Tax Roundtable, and internal KPMG seminars.
