Information to Gather Prior to the Leadership Consultant’s Arrival

One goal of the consultant visit is to gather information for historical record keeping purposes. As part of that please make sure the following information is collected and prepared for the consultant.

The Roll Book – The consultant will need to see the roll book to verify the last new member class initiated. To do this he will need to check the chapter’s roll book.

Financial Information – The treasurer should bring the chapter or colony checkbook to his meeting and the following documents: accounts receivable, budget, and the cash on hand in the bank account.

JDRF/Service Hours Information – He will need to collect the total amount of service hours and philanthropic dollars the chapter donated annually. In addition, he will need to know what percentage of those were specific for JDRF.
