INDIANAPOLIS — Delta Tau Delta is pleased to announce the transition of Joe Hiatt (Nebraska-Kearney, 2024) into a new role supporting organizational operations and strategic initiatives for the Fraternity.

Hiatt graduated summa cum laude from the University of Nebraska-Kearney in 2023 with a bachelor's degree in political science and completed his Master of Business Administration degree in 2024. He is currently pursuing doctoral studies and most recently served two years as a Leadership Consultant, supporting nearly 40 active chapters and colonies.

As an undergraduate member of the Theta Kappa Chapter, Hiatt served as chapter president, vice president, and director of communication. Additionally, he has served as a lobbyist with the FSPAC during the Fraternal Government Relations Coalition's Capitol Hill Visits.

In his new role, Hiatt will support operational excellence and organizational effectiveness across the Fraternity. His responsibilities include leading strategic projects, overseeing the Fisher-Nichols Memorial Headquarters facility, coordinating housing and insurance initiatives, strengthening relationships with stakeholders, and advancing organizational priorities that support the Fraternity's mission and long-term success.

Hiatt looks forward to continuing to serve Delta Tau Delta in support of the Fraternity's mission. He enjoys attending sporting events, traveling, and staying connected with Delt brothers and friends across the country.
