Are you looking for a professional development opportunity that equips you with the tools to build and develop meaningful and authentic business relationships while gaining practical strategies to take control of your career and life, all while helping you achieve your biggest goals?

Delt is pleased to offer the COMPASS + Give to Grow experience free of charge through the generosity of donors to the Delt Foundation. This professional development summit is ideal for upperclassmen, young alumni or anyone looking to upskill in advance of a career pivot.

Give to Grow is an exclusively tailored COMPASS Experience in partnership with the Bunnell Idea Group (BIG), designed and led by renowned strategist Mo Bunnell (Ball State, 1990). This summit will empower participants to lead with authenticity, hone professional skills, develop a strong professional network and expand their sense of brotherhood with members of Delta Tau Delta.

Your Give to Grow registration, travel, one-night hotel stay at the Westin Buckhead Atlanta, and meals during the program are all covered if you are selected to participate in this new program. Please note that you may incur additional expenses not covered by Delta Tau Delta such as baggage fees or other incidentals.

1. What is Give to Grow?

Give to Grow is a professional development experience tailored as a COMPASS Experience in partnership with the Bunnell Idea Group (BIG) providing participants with the skills and mindset to build meaningful relationships and create mutually beneficial relationships.

2. What is Give to Grow NOT?

Give to Grow is NOT a vacation or something you can passively participate in. This experience will empower you as a participant to lead with authenticity, invest in relationships that matter most and help you make a lasting impact in your career and community.

3. Who will be in attendance?

Give to Grow is led by Brother Mo Bunnell (Ball State, 1990). You will be joined by undergraduates and young alumni from across the country. Delt staff will also be in attendance to support you on this professional journey.

4. What is the cost?

Thanks to the generosity of donors to the Delta Tau Delta Educational Foundation, this COMPASS Experience will be offered at no cost to participants. However, depending on trip parameters, you may incur some incidental costs like airline baggage fees.

5. How are participants selected?

Interested participants should apply through their myDelt Portal. You must log in and go to the "Events" tab and select the "2025 COMPASS + Give to Grow" Applicants are selected based on program capacity, interest and known or demonstrated leadership dedication and desire for personal growth.

6. What will I learn?

You will learn so much about yourself, others and navigating your career! Some program outcomes are:
