Meet Our People

Derek Koester (Eastern Michigan University, 2023) joined the Delta Tau Delta staff in 2023 following his graduation with a degree in business administration in finance. Koester served as a Chapter Consultant in the 2023-2024 academic year where he visited numerous campuses and recruited many new Delts into the fold. In 2024, Koester returned for a second year as a Senior Leadership Consultant, where he will work with several Delt chapters and colonies across the country.
