Delta Tau Delta Hiring an Assistant Director of Growth

Delta Tau Delta has an opening for an assistant director of growth. The ideal candidate would be prepared to join the staff full time no later than June 1, 2016. Anyone interested in the position should send a resume and cover letter to before February 10, 2016.

The assistant director of growth will serve as one of two primary staff leaders by executing the vision and strategy for membership growth. The chosen candidate will be responsible for supporting chapters in development of recruitment campaigns, skill development and overall chapter growth. The chosen candidate will be responsible for growing, managing and promoting the expansion pipeline with campus partners.

Essential job functions include:

Assisting in the recruiting and training of the chapter consultant staff with the area of recruitment strategy and execution.

Serving as a staff resource on recruitment strategy to chapter and Fraternity volunteers

Developing strategies to make Delta Tau Delta the industry leader in expansion

Fostering relationships with campus professionals and industry colleagues to ensure the future growth of the organization

Collaborating with the Director of Volunteer Services to develop volunteer advisor teams for expansion projects

Creating growth opportunities at campuses without Delt chapters

Continually assessing and developing recruitment outreach strategy to existing groups
