
Daniel Hernandez
Director
Daniel Hernandez graduated in 2007 from the Theta Lambda Chapter at UC Riverside (UCR) with a BA in Business Administration and emphasis in Human Resources. After graduating, Daniel went to Western Illinois University to earn a master’s degree in College Student Personnel. Daniel held various volunteer roles within the fraternity including Assistant Chapter Advisor, Division Vice President for the Western Plains Division, Membership Review Committees, Facilitator for leadership programs, and served on a variety of committees for the Fraternity. Currently Daniel is serving as a Regional Governor for Region 7 (Texas and Oklahoma) for the past three years and serves on the awards and recognition committee.
In his professional role he is the Employee Relations Specialist for The University of Texas at Dallas. He is recently certified in Mediation and Dispute Resolution for the state of Texas and is currently working on completing his certification in Professional Human Resources. Throughout his professional career Daniel has served in leadership roles in Association of Fraternity and Sorority Advisors, College Student Educators International, and Latinx Network of ACPA. He has also served as a member of board of directors for Latinx network and Culture of Respect within Student Affairs Administrators in Higher Education.
Daniel currently lives in Dallas, TX with his spouse. In his free time, he enjoys traveling, spending time with family and friends, and volunteering through Tannehill Masonic Lodge No. 52.
