COMPASS + LeaderShape
Through our partnership with LeaderShape, we are excited to offer the LeaderShape Institute to our members. This COMPASS Experience is designed for emerging leaders and those that are interested in strengthening their leadership skills through values identification and vision setting!
The LeaderShape Institute is a 4-day intensive institute-style program where participants will develop a sense of community within large and small groups, make meaning of their personal values while connecting their actions to them, and strengthen their leadership style and understanding of how to work with others.
Delt is pleased to offer COMPASS + LeaderShape free of charge through the generosity of donors to the Delta Tau Delta Educational Foundation. This COMPASS Experience is ideal for emerging leaders, members in their first/second year of membership and/or those that are just starting their leadership journey within the chapter or in another student organization.
