Briegel Joins Delta Tau Delta as Assistant Director of Recruitment Support
Delta Tau Delta is pleased to announce the addition of Nolan A. Briegel as assistant director of recruitment support.
In this role, Briegel will be responsible for creating and implementing the Fraternity’s national recruitment support plan, coaching individual chapters in their recruitment efforts, and collaborating with partners at PhiredUp to provide chapters with additional recruitment resources and training.
Briegel brings a strong blend of experience in sales and sales management from his role as coordinator of collegiate programming at South By Sea, along with fraternity recruitment expertise from his time as a growth intern at Lambda Chi Alpha’s headquarters. He is a data-driven professional with expertise in leader and team development, expansion and growth, and relationship building.
Before joining the Central Office team, Briegel also worked in the collegiate sales industry, where he spearheaded sales strategy and programming for a student sales representative program at a Greek apparel company.
He earned a bachelor’s degree in corporate communication from Southeast Missouri State University and is pursuing a master’s degree in higher education at the University of Arkansas.
In his free time, Briegel enjoys traveling, exploring new music and cheering on Razorback athletics.
