Astros Manager A.J. Hinch is a Finalist for AL Manager of the Year
In his first full year as manager of the Houston Astros, A.J. Hinch (Stanford University, 1996) has been named as one of three finalists for American League Manager of the Year. After his Astros lost over 90 games in 2014, he led Houston to an 86-76 record this year and the team's first playoff berth since 2005. Award winners in each league will be announced on November 17th.
