About Antoine:

Antoine is a seasoned coach, trainer, and entrepreneur. He has operated multiple businesses over the past 20 years and has worked in private, not-for-profit and government positions locally, provincially, and nationally. Antoine has a facility to clarify the vision, to develop overall direction, is level-headed and will help determine the best approach to reach objectives. His mission is to help and inspire people.

As a strengths-based coach and course leader, he believes that everyone is unique, and everyone has the potential to excel in their own way. Each person is naturally inclined to do or act in a certain matter, one that is uniquely their own. And therefore, self-awareness is the foundation to becoming an impactful individual as well as powerful and engaged teams.

Antoine Carriere is a 1995 initiate of the Theta Theta chapter of Delta Tau Delta at Ottawa University. After many years away, Antoine returned to work with Delta Tau Delta for our educational program, Presidents Excellence Institute, where undergraduate chapter presidents received engaging and beneficial programming written by and delivered by Antoine.

About Antoine’s sessions:

Focus on Excellence will serve as an introduction to the CliftonStrengths model. Participants of this Karnea pre-conference programming will better understand how their natural talents influence the way they communicate with others, ideas for success at exercising those strengths, and a tie-in to Covey’s 7 Habits of Highly Effective People. Additional workshops throughout Karnea will allow participants to identify what and how they do things naturally in order to be at their greatest potential, understand how to present themselves in a positive way for future positions and (potentially) how to successfully have candid conversations

This educational experience consists of pre-work prior to Karnea (including taking the CliftonStrengths Assessment and completing other assignments), pre-conference educational session(s), and featured sessions throughout the Karnea experience.
