Three Leadership Resolutions for 2024
As we approach the new year, every chapter should resolve to fully embrace opportunities for members to participate in the Presidents Excellence Institute, Compass and Emerge. Each undergraduate who invests time and engages in these programs will play a role in strengthening his chapter as well as his own personal and professional development, all while Forging the Future of Delta Tau Delta.
Through events, programs and initiatives, the Fraternity is shaping leaders, growing chapters and meeting the needs of our members. Delta Tau Delta will begin 2024 with the Presidents Excellence Institute and Compass in early January, followed by its newest offering, Emerge, scheduled in 14 locations throughout January and February.
- Presidents Excellence Institute (PresX) focuses on transferable leadership skills that will make you a strong leader both in your presidency and after
- Emerge, focuses on officer training. Emerge is a one-day event designed specifically for chapter officers.
- Compass is Delta Tau Delta's personal development experience focused on providing participants with the skills and tools needed to be successful on campus and in life.
