Meet Our People

Derek Koester (Eastern Michigan University, 2023) joined the Delta Tau Delta staff in 2023 following his graduation with a degree in business administration in finance. Koester served as a Chapter Consultant in the 2023-2024 academic year where he visited numerous campuses and recruited many new Delts into the fold. In 2024, Koester was appointed as an Assistant Director of Advancement with the Delt Foundation. In this role, he enhances our efforts to increase philanthropic investment in the Delt Foundation via the Annual DeltFund at the leadership level
