Registration fee is $175 per person. Register online by February 14, 2019.

In accordance with the Fraternity Bylaws, chapters are required to send a minimum of four undergraduates. This must include the following officers: president, vice president, treasurer and recruitment chairman. Other chapter officers are encouraged to attend and chapters may send a maximum of eight total members. Waivers for attendance exceeding eight members may be requested through the division president. Conference registration is available by mid-November the year preceding Conferences. Review the attendance policy carefully!

For alumni attending the Saturday banquet only, the cost is $55. Please register online as “Alumni, Banquet Only.”

Arrive no later than Thursday, February 21 at 6:00 p.m.

Individuals with food allergies or dietary requests must submit a request to Michael Carey by email no later than January 14, 2019.

    Division information

    Payment Procedure: Chapter treasurers should bring three checks for the division treasurer to pay for the conference registration, division dues and any obligations to the General Fund (pledge, initiation, insurance, etc.) Do not bring a prepared check with the amount already written out as the amount may be different than expected.

    Billing: once a registration is submitted, the chapter will be billed. If the registrant is unable to attend, no refund will be provided. Another chapter member should be substituted in place of the original registrant.

    Division dues are $30 per initiated and new member in good standing on your rosters as of November 15, 2018.

    Who should attend: Chapter advisors and division vice presidents are highly encouraged to attend.In accordance with the Fraternity Bylaws, chapters are required to send a minimum of four undergraduates.     Participants are expected to attend all educational programs and events during the conference.

    Review the attendance policy carefully! 

    Coat and tie are required all day Saturday (this includes the luncheon, Ritual and the awards banquet). Collared shirts are expected for all conference sessions. No hats.

    Ritual book exchange: Plan now to bring your purple book the division conference. Based on legislation passed at the St. Louis Karnea last summer, updates have been made, effective February 1. You must bring your chapter's purple book to exchange for the updated version at division conference.

    The Western Pacific Division covers registration costs plus half of hotel expenses for one advisor per chapter and all DVPs.

    Substitutions for the lead chapter advisor must be approved by the division president by January 5, 2019, to receive reimbursement. No exceptions will be made after this date.

    For hotel reimbursement contact the Western Pacific Division treasurer after the conference. You must submit a copy of your receipt to be reimbursed for your hotel room.
