The registration fee is $175 per person. Register online by February 14, 2022.
Chapters and colonies are required to send five undergraduates to the division conference. The following officers are expected to attend:
- Chapter President
- Vice President
- Director of Finance
- Director of Recruitment
- Director of Risk Education
Chapters and colonies may send three additional members who serve in the roles listed below:
- Director of Standards
- New Member Class President
- Committee Chairmen or Assistant Committee Chairmen
Attendance exceeding eight brothers must be approved by your chapter advisor and division president. If your chapter cannot send a minimum of five men, please communicate that with your division president.
Dinner on Thursday is on your own. The conference includes breakfast, lunch and dinner on both Friday and Saturday.
Individuals with food allergies or dietary requests must indicate those at registration or email the conference liaison no later than Jan. 28, 2022.
Room rate: $139/night plus tax 15.25% tax and a $2.50 city fee

Parking: Overnight self-parking is complimentary, overnight valet parking is $15 per day, day parking (non-guest) is $12 per day.
The Sheraton Music City Hotel offers a complimentary shuttle to and from the Nashville airport. The shuttle runs daily from 4 a.m. to 11 p.m., every 30 minutes. To be picked up at the airport, follow signs to 1 Level below Baggage Claim to Ground Transportation – Area 2 Hotel Shuttles. The shuttle only leaves the hotel for the airport when someone arrives to the airport. Please call the hotel directly to be picked up. The hotel can be reached by calling 615-885-2200 ext. 3. To leave the hotel for the airport, check with the front desk to determine shuttle availability.
Proof of Vaccination
As a values-based brotherhood, we have a special responsibility to each other and society. Proof of vaccination against COVID-19 is required to attend the division conference. By providing proof of vaccination, you are helping us provide a safe environment for our members, volunteers and staff. After completing your conference registration, you will receive a link with instructions on how to upload your vaccination record card. Those unable to provide proof of vaccination completed within two weeks prior to the start date are encouraged to attend a future division conference when COVID-19 is a non-issue.
Southern Division Conference Schedule
The conference schedule will be added here as the conference date nears. Plan to arrive between 2:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, February 17. Participants are expected to attend all educational programs and events during the conference. The conference will conclude following the banquet on Saturday night. Attendees should plan to depart Sunday morning.
Division Dues are $27 per initiated and new member in good standing on chapters rosters as of November 30, 2021. Chapters will be billed through Compass Billing after November 30 for the total amount.
In mid-December, each chapter/colony will be invoiced for the required five undergraduate members to attend the division conference.
Should the chapter/colony register or have more men attend the conference than required, those additional fees will be invoiced prior to and/or shortly after the conference.
Please pay invoices through Vault. If your chapter/colony writes checks, bring two checks to the conference to pay any outstanding obligations.
Note that chapters/colonies wishing to send more than eight attendees must have this request approved by the chapter advisor and division president.
The Southern Division covers registration costs plus half of the hotel expenses for one advisor per chapter and all DVPs.
Substitutions for the lead chapter advisor must be approved by the division president by January 10, 2022, to receive reimbursement. No exceptions will be made after this date.
For hotel reimbursement contact Southern Division Treasurer Jeff Keyseear after the conference. You must submit a copy of your receipt to be reimbursed for your hotel room.
