Norfolk Karnea


Karnea registration includes all convention activities, programming, four scheduled meals, convention materials, Karnea t-shirt. All other meals are on your own.

ALL cancellations must be confirmed by Lesa Purcell. If you must cancel, email her at lesa.purcell@delts.org. Your cancellation is not complete until you receive a confirmation from Lesa. There is a $75 cancellation fee after July 13 for all packages. After July 27 there will be NO cancellations accepted.

Chapter delegates are required to attend the opening business session on Wednesday, August 3 at 4 pm EDT. At that session legislative rules are reviewed including how business is introduced and voted upon, new legislation is reviewed and Karnea gaveled open. Each chapter must send three (3) elected voting delegates. This includes two (2) undergraduates and one (1) alumnus per chapter and colony.

Karnea Registration Instructions

All event registrations are done through myDelt. If you are an alumnus and have not created a myDelt account, the instructions are:

  1. Click the “MYDELT LOGIN” link in the top right-hand corner of this web page. 
  2. Click the “GET ACCESS” link under the password box.
  3. Click “myOmegaFi’ under Get Access.
  4. Select “Delta Tau Delta-myDelt” from the list.
  5. Select “Alumni Enrollment”.
  6. Complete the requested information and select “Email” OR “Initiation Year” as the verification method.
  7. If you have difficulty, please contact Lesa Purcell at lesa.purcell@delts.org.

Once logged into myDelt, click the “Events” tab on the left-hand side of the page.

If you are registering just yourself, select the “REGISTER MYSELF ONLY” tab next to 2022 Karnea and complete the registration questions.

If you are registering yourself and a guest, select the “Register Myself and/or Others” tab. You will register yourself first. Once you have registered yourself, click the ADD MYSELF AND/OR GUEST button to register your guest. On the “Guest Selection” page, check “Other”. Complete the information for your guest. You do not need to complete the Chapter or Office fields for guests.

If you are on a division-approved comp list, on the payment page enter the Discount Code you were provided then click “apply.” If you are on a division approved comp list and are also registering a guest, please complete your registration first using the discount code, then once finished, go back and register your guest. These steps should be complete as two separate transactions.
