Registration fee is $175 per person. Register online by Feb. 13, 2020.
Chapters and colonies are expected to send five undergraduates to the division conference. The following officers are expected to attend:
- vice president
- director of finance
- director of recruitment
- new member education chairman
Chapter presidents are encouraged to attend.
Chapters and colonies may send three additional members who serve in the roles listed below:
- director of standards
- new member class president
- director of risk education
- committee chairmen or assistant committee chairmen
Attendance exceeding eight brothers must be approved by your chapter advisor and division president. If your chapter cannot send the new minimum of five men, please communicate that with your division president. Review the attendance policy carefully!
Plan to arrive between 6 p.m. and 7 p.m. on Thursday, February 20.
Dinner on Thursday is on your own. The conference includes breakfast, lunch and dinner on both Friday and Saturday.
Individuals with food allergies or dietary requests must indicate those at registration or email the conference liaison no later than Feb. 13, 2020.
For alumni attending the Saturday banquet only, the cost is $60. Please register online as “Banquet Only.” Undergraduates who register for the banquet only should select "Banquet Only" and the cost will be reduced to $40 at on-site registration.
Remember, you will make your payment on-site when you check in at the division conference.
Room rate: $109/night plus tax

Parking: $26 per car per day or valet parking for $34 per car per day. Parking will be reimbursed by Eastern Division for those who are both registered for the conference and have a hotel room booked by January 15, 2020.

Those residing in the Boston area may opt for passenger train service to reach Portland. The Amtrak Downeaster has offered a 15% travel discount between Boston (or any stop) and Portland. It can be redeemed on trains 680-699 using the code v503. There is also a senior discount (65+) available for 50% off tickets on all trains using the code v543.
Eastern Division Schedule
The full conference schedule including session descriptions will be added here at the conference date nears. Plan to arrive between 6 p.m. and 7 p.m. on Thursday, February 20. The conference will conclude following the banquet on Saturday night.
Payment Procedure: Chapter treasurers should bring three checks for the division treasurer to pay for the conference registration, division dues and any obligations to the General Fund (pledge, initiation, insurance, etc.) Do not bring a prepared check with the amount already written out as the amount may be different than expected.
Billing: Once your registration is submitted, your chapter will be billed. If the registrant is unable to attend, no refund will be provided. Another chapter member should be substituted in place of the original registrant.
Division dues are $28 per initiated and new member in good standing on your rosters as of November 15, 2019.
Coat and tie are required all day Saturday (this includes the luncheon, Ritual and the awards banquet). Collared shirts are expected for all conference sessions. No hats.
The Eastern Division covers registration costs plus half of the hotel expenses for one advisor per chapter and all DVPs.
Substitutions for the lead chapter advisor must be approved by the division president by January 6, 2020, to receive reimbursement. No exceptions will be made after this date.
For hotel, reimbursement contact Eastern Division Treasurer Evan Finkelstein after the conference. You must submit a copy of your receipt to be reimbursed for your hotel room.
