Welcome back to the Fraternity! We are excited for the coming year as chapters return to campus.

If you have initiated spring 2021 new members that have not been reported, please ensure all new members have completed GreekLifeEdu and The Good Delt and submit an initiation report promptly.

In the event you haven’t initiated spring 2021 new members, please ensure the course requirements are completed and an initiation report is submitted within 48 hours of the formal initiation ceremony. It is important to report all initiated members.

Review the following important information thoroughly to assist you with reporting.

Dues and Budgeting

Annual dues are assessed every fall. Suspended members will not be assessed annual dues until they return to good standing.

For budgeting purposes refer to the 2021-2022 undergraduate dues schedule. Dues amounts are: $85 for new member dues, $265 for initiation dues, and $145 for annual dues.

2021-2022 Dues Schedule

All status changes (including suspension/expulsion/withdrawal forms) must be submitted to the Central Office by September 15 for chapters that start school prior to September. These chapters will be automatically invoiced on September 25 for $145 per man for annual dues based on the chapter roster as of that day. Annual dues payment must be remitted by September 30.

For chapters that start school after August 31, roster changes must be submitted by October 10. Annual dues for chapters starting after August 31 will be automatically invoiced $145 per man on October 15 based on the roster as of that day. Annual dues payment must be remitted by October 31.

To avoid owing annual dues for inactive men please ensure your roster is accurate prior to your invoice date.

Vault for Payments

Invoices are paid through Vault, see details below.

Non-OmegaFi Billing Users

Chapters/colonies not yet using OmegaFi's Vault billing will use the Pay Now option in Vault to pay national dues and assessments.

PAY NOW INSTRUCTIONS

OmegaFi Billing Users

Chapters/colonies using OmegaFi's Vault billing will pay national dues and assessments using Bill Pay in Vault.

Please contact veronica.mcsorley@delts.org or 317-284-0203 with any billing issues.

Member Status Updates

Update member statuses prior to the annual due invoice date and as they occur throughout the year. Please review your chapter roster and report any status changes. Remember to review your current AC suspended and suspended members.

  • Members listed as AC Suspended who are no longer suspended or are no longer enrolled should be reported to lesa.purcell@delts.org
  • Suspended members now in good standing or who have left school should be reported to kathy.sargent@delts.org
  • Depledged and alumnus changes are submitted through Vault>Chapter>Membership>Update Member Statuses.
  • Initiates in good standing who are not enrolled and not expected to return to the university (graduated, transferred, quit school) should be changed to alumnus status
  • Initiates temporarily not enrolled (due to illness, internship, abroad, etc.) should either be billed annual dues or suspended until they return
  • Suspensions, Expulsions and Withdrawals are reported by emailing the completed, appropriate form to kathy.sargent@delts.org. These forms can be found in the “Resource Center” under Dues and Member Reporting in myDelt. (Suspension forms are not necessary for members who are already listed as suspended.)

After status changes have been processed, please archive your member listings. Archiving a member's record removes the member from the roster and from several reports. Their transaction details remain on the financial reports. To archive go to "Other Records" on the member roster page in Vault.

  • Click Archive Members
  • Select all eligible members
  • Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Archive Members to complete the process

New Member and Initiation Reporting Instructions

Please email your anticipated formal pledging and initiation ceremony dates (or if you will not be having a new member class) to kathy.sargent@delts.org.

    Updating Officers

Update officers as they transition. It is essential the correct officers are receiving important correspondence from the Central Office and Division. Please assign user permissions to your incoming officers and delete permissions for outgoing officers from the Vault user page. Use the instructions below. Questions may be directed to lesa.purcell@delts.org.

    myDelt and Vault

All Delts should have a myDelt account to access OmegaFi applications including Vault. Vault is where chapter officers manage their member roster, submit new member and initiation reports, update the officer roster, pay invoices and much more.

Once in myDelt, click the grid icon in the upper right corner and select Vault. You can also use the ‘?’ in the upper right corner to display help text or navigate to the How To menu for additional resources.

Please ensure all members have created an account. Review login statuses through Vault>Communications>Reports>myDelt Logins. The column to the right of each member's name indicates if they have established an account.

Anyone who has not setup a myDelt account can do so through https://www.omegafi.com/get-access by following the instructions below:

    • Select the myOmegafi logo under Get Access
    • Select Delta Tau Delta-myDelt from the list
    • Select the enrollment type Undergraduate Enrollment
    • Enter member account number, last name and click Search

The account numbers are located under the Account# column to the right of each member’s name in Vault>Chapter>Membership>Member Roster.

Resources and Tips for New Member Reporting

    • New members must complete GreekLifeEdu™ Part 1 and pass the Part 1 exam with a score of 80 percent or better within 30 days of their formal pledging. In accordance with the Level I Criteria of the Member Responsibility Guidelines (MRG), failure to implement the GreekLifeEdu™ alcohol education program is a Level I MRG violation and will result in social probation for your chapter.

    •  Questions regarding GreekLifeEdu can be directed to tiffani.ziemann@delts.org.
    • New members must complete The Good Delt online new member education program and pass the exam with a score of 70 percent or higher within eight academic weeks. The course is accessible in the Aspire application on the myDelt Dashboard.
    • The eight-week timeline begins when a chapter formally pledges a new man into the chapter. This is the date of the formal pledging ceremony, NOT the date bid cards are offered.
    • Questions regarding the new member education program or new member education period extensions can be directed to doug.russell@delts.org.
The Fraternity anticipates all chapters will comply with the eight academic-week program. Failure to report initiation will result in the suspension of all social activity until an initiation report is submitted through Vault and accepted by the Central Office.

Contact kathy.sargent@delts.org or 317-284-0203 with membership reporting issues. For questions regarding the eight academic-week program contact doug.russell@delts.org.
