Director of Volunteers Responsibilities

As director of volunteers, Anderson focuses primarily on recruiting future Delta Tau Delta volunteers. Delta Tau Delta considers volunteers to be its greatest asset because the mentoring of young men is critical to the Fraternity’s mission. As such, the Fraternity’s strategic plan calls for an increased focus on volunteer recruitment and support. Anderson is primarily responsible for building the volunteer ranks by identifying potential candidates and supporting new appointees through their first 90 days as a volunteer.
