Focus Forward
Monday morning quarterbacks. Old flames and relationships. The rearview mirror. All of these have one thing in common - the focus on “looking back into the past.” But for Delts to keep moving ahead, we’ve got to change the direction – and focus forward. This connection will help participants identify some of the most critical goals that lie ahead of each member, as well as some of the barriers (and how to overcome them) to reaching those goals.
