The Road
Member education and personal development have been strategic initiatives of the Fraternity for several years, and in 2008 the Fraternity introduced a new program. The Road is exciting, innovative, and introduces concepts applicable to all areas of a Delt’s life. Career Development, Personal Leadership, Financial Security, Health and Wellness and Life Skills are the five key elements of The Road.
The Road encompasses four areas of programming, Road Connections, chapter developed programs, Advanced Fraternity Leadership Experiences, and electronic learning resources. Chapters no longer have to wait for a chapter consultant visit to participate in The Road. To learn more about implementing the program at your chapter go to Implementation.
