From a jet engine to an espresso machine to grunge rock, Seattle’s world-changing events have all had a distinct sound. But the symphony doesn’t end there. Your visit to Seattle may bring you the sound of an orca blowing as it surfaces, the roar of the crowd at Safeco Field or the near silence of the Olympic rainforest. Come to Seattle and hear for yourself.

HOTEL INFORMATION
Reservations are to be made by calling (888) 201-1718 and mentioning “Delta Tau Delta.”  The cut-off date is January 25, 2008.  After that date, the group rate may not be available.

• The conference room rate is $119 per night plus applicable taxes.
• Alumni and undergraduates are responsible for reserving their own rooms.
• The division will reimburse half of the room rate for Division Vice Presidents and one Alumni Advisory Team member per chapter. However if you share a room, with another volunteer, the division will pay the entire room rate. For reimbursement, contact Western Pacific Division Treasurer Jake White at jakecwhite@gmail.com or 6920 W Stockman –Glendale, AZ 85308.
• Please arrive in time for the first session at 7 p.m. on February 21.
• Depart any time on Sunday.
• Some chapters may be requested to attend special meetings with the division president, Arch Chapter officers, or Central Office staff on Sunday morning, February 24.

CONFERENCE REGISTRATION INFORMATION
Each chapter/colony must send three undergraduate delegates. It is recommended that all newly elected undergraduate chapter/colony presidents, vice presidents, treasurers, recruitment chairs, and pledge educators attend. All chapter advisors and DVPs are highly encouraged to attend for the alumni training curriculum. 

• Registration fee is $140 per person.
• For alumni attending the banquet only, the cost is $30. Please register as Alumni, Banquest Only.
• Undergraduates and alumni participants must register for the conference by clicking on the link at the bottom of this page.
• Fee includes continental breakfast, lunch, and dinner on Friday and Saturday.
• All registrations should be made no later than January 25, 2007. 
• The registration fee for Arch Chapter appointed chapter advisors and DVPs will be covered by the Western Pacific Division. All alumni must still register online.

PAYMENT PROCEDURE
Chapter treasurers must bring two checks for the division treasurer to pay for the conference registration and division dues (if dues not previously paid). Do not bring a prepared check already written out as amounts might be different than expected.

Dues are $28.00 per undergraduate active, new member and affiliate member on the rolls as of November 1. Dues are payable on or before February 1 to the Division Treasurer.
