Call The Union Club Hotel at (800) 320-6291 or (765) 494-8913 and mention “Delta Tau Delta Fraternity” to receive special room rates by January 18, 2008. Reservations received after this date will be accepted on a rooms and rate available basis. A buffet dinner will begin at 6:30pm followed by the opening session at 7:30pm.

• Room Rates: Deluxe Double $112 (max 4), Double Twin (max 3) and Queen (max 2)$92. Room rates do not include applicable taxes.
• Undergraduates and alumni are responsible for reserving their own rooms.
• The division will reimburse half of the room rate for Division Vice Presidents and one Alumni Advisory Team member per chapter. However if you share a room with another volunteer, the division will pay the entire room rate.

• Arrive Friday prior to 4:00 p.m. 
• Depart after noon on Sunday.

CONFERENCE REGISTRATION INFORMATION
This year’s theme is “Honor the Legacy.” In paying homage to the theme, we have kept the conference registration fee consistent with previous registration fees throughout this decade. Of special note, we have also ADDED a division event on Saturday evening – more on this as we get closer to the conference.  Thus, you will receive more at the 2008 Northern Division Conference for a fee in-line with registration fees going back to 2000.

Fees are to be paid at the conference and include conference T-shirt, two buffet dinners, one buffet breakfast, one sit-down luncheon, a fabulous Sunday brunch, division awards, conference facility rental, take-away materials, fees for conference keynote speaker and the opportunity to win a sesquicentennial badge!

Each chapter/colony must send three eligible undergraduate delegates. (See Article III – Sections 3 and 12 of the Division Constitution). It is highly recommended newly elected undergraduate chapter/colony presidents, vice presidents, treasurers, recruitment chairs, and pledge educators attend.

• Registration fee is $105 per person and should be paid at the conference.
• For alumni attending the banquet only, the cost is $30. Register as Alumni, Banquet Only.
• Undergraduates and alumni participants must register for the conference by clicking on the link at the bottom of this page.
• All registrations must be made by January 18, 2008.
• All Alumni Advisory Team members and Division Vice Presidents are encouraged to attend the alumni training curriculum.
• The Northern Division will cover the registration cost for Chapter/Colony Advisors (or his designee) and DVPs.

DRESS CODE
Guidelines for dress during the conference:

• Slacks/khakis and collared shirts during the conference except for Sunday, which is coat and tie.
• No hats at anytime during the conference.

PAYMENT PROCEDURE
Chapter treasurers must bring two checks for the division treasurer to pay for the conference registration and division dues (if dues not previously paid). Do not bring a prepared check already written out as amounts might be different than expected.

Dues are $22.00 per undergraduate active, new member and affiliate member on the rolls as of November 1.  Dues are payable on or before February 1 to the Division Treasurer. Make checks out to the Northern Division Delta Tau Delta. Mail to Dave Julien or pay at the hotel prior to start of the conference.
