It is the heart of New York State, not only because of the major interstates which cross here, but also because of its small town friendliness. But Syracuse is more than the geographical center. It’s the cultural and historical crossroads of New York State as well. So easily accessible, Syracuse offers an abundance of attractions, activities and historical perspectives comparable to a much larger city. All framed within the dramatic panorama and seasonal colors of earth and sky, which can only be found in Central New York.

HOTEL INFORMATION
Reservations can be made by calling the central reservations department at (877) 843-6279 and asking for “Delta Tau Delta,” or by visiting the website. The cut-off date is January 18, 2008.  After the date, the group rate may not be available.

• Room rate: $119 plus tax for up to four individuals per room. 
• Ask for “Delta Tau Delta” to receive our special room rate.
• All reservations must be accompanied by a first night room deposit or guaranteed with a major credit card.
• Arrive Thursday prior to 5:00 pm.
• Depart Sunday any time.
• Undergraduates and alumni are responsible for reserving their own rooms.
• The division will reimburse half of the room rate for Division Vice Presidents and one Alumni Advisory Team member per chapter. However if you share a room, with another volunteer, the division will pay the entire room rate. CONFERENCE REGISTRATION INFORMATION
Attendance is mandatory for all undergraduate Delt chapters in the Eastern Division. Each chapter/colony is required to send the following five officers: president, vice president, treasurer, recruitment chairman, and pledge educator.

• Registration fee is $150 per person.
• For alumni attending the banquet only, the cost is $50. Please register as Alumni, Banquet Only.
• Undergraduates and alumni participants must register for the conference by clicking on the link at the bottom of this page.
• All registrations must be made by January 21, 2008.
• All chapter advisors and division vice presidents are highly encouraged to attend for the alumni training curriculum.
• The Eastern Division will cover the registration fee for one advisor per chapter and each division vice president.

PAYMENT PROCEDURE
Chapter treasurers must bring two checks for the division treasurer to pay for the conference registration and division dues (if dues not previously paid). Do not bring a prepared check already written out as amounts might be different than expected.

Dues are $21.00 per undergraduate active, new member and affiliate member on the rolls as of November 1.  Dues are payable on or before February 1 to the Division Treasurer.
