The Road Chairman
The Road is a personal development program launched by the Fraternity in 2008. The program focuses on teaching life skills necessary to succeed after college. The position of Road chairman works to implement The Road and provide member education beyond the new member period. The Road is intended for new members, initiated brothers and alumni.
