Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions of Use, shall be construed in accordance with the laws of Indiana. All Delt's Site users and Delta Tau Delta International Fraternity consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts of Indiana. Any legal action with respect to any transaction initiated by any Delt's Site user must commence within (1) year after the cause of action has arisen.

Complete Agreement: These Terms and Conditions of Use constitute the entire and exclusive agreement, and supersede all previous communications, representations and agreements, whether oral or written, between Delta Tau Delta International Fraternity and any Delt's Site user.

Severability: If any portion of any of the Terms and Conditions of Use shall be deemed illegal or unenforceable, the Terms and Conditions of Use shall be construed as if the provision had not been inserted, and the remainder shall remain in full force and effect.

Changes to Terms and Conditions of Use: From time to time, Delta Tau Delta International Fraternity may modify these Terms and Conditions of Use. Delta Tau Delta International Fraternity expressly reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions of Use at its sole discretion.
