Our goal is to assist undergraduate chapters and house corporations with the development of clean and safe residential living environments that are conducive to scholarship, fraternal pursuits, and demonstrate a commitment to lives of excellence.

The purpose of this website is to provide members of Delta Tau Delta with the knowledge to more effectively manage their properties, chapters, and alumni organizations.

Install Fire Safety Equipment and Save!

Need to install a sprinkler system? Looking to install fire doors and hard-wire the shelter alarm system? To assist our house corporations with the purchasing and installation of fire sprinklers and/or other life safety equipment, the Delta Tau Delta Fraternity Board of Directors has authorized the Delta Tau Delta Life Safety Loan Program. House corporations may borrow money from the Delta Tau Delta Loyalty Fund at a fixed 4% interest rate for up to 7 years. Click here for more information!
