The graduate resident advisor can be a very stabilizing force in the chapter house, providing guidance when necessary as well as overseeing the care and maintenance of the shelter. In return for his service, the graduate advisor usually receives a discounted or free room, a discounted or free meal plan, or a combination of both. Sometimes, financial assistance is provided to offset some level of tuition costs.

The ideal candidate for resident advisor is usually a recent graduated Delt studying at the host institution. In order to help you find these qualified Delts the Fraternity will advertise the position on their web page and in other publications.
