Brett R. Benson

Brett R. Benson (Ball State University, 1998) joined the Central Office staff as Director of Alumni Affairs in 2008. He was an executive recruiter for 10 years prior to joining the Delta Tau Delta staff.

Brett served the Epsilon Mu Chapter as sergeant at arms and assistant new member educator. He also was the director of community affairs for the student government while attending Ball State. He graduated with a bachelor’s of science degree in psychology.

Following graduation, Brett began his professional career recruiting pharmaceutical and medical products sales/management employees in a small recruiting firm. After four years of on-site consulting for several large companies based in the Chicago area, Brett served as a recruiting manager for a management recruiters office for four years. Brett moved to Indianapolis in October 2004 with his last position at Ingersoll Rand as a staffing partner.

Brett resides in Carmel with his wife Kate. He enjoys watching the Indianapolis Colts, traveling, and spending as much time with his wife as possible.
