Rosario Palmieri
Southern Division President
Rosario Palmieri was elected Southern Division president in February 2007 at the Southern Division conference.
Prior to his election to the Arch Chapter, Palmieri was a Southern Division vice president. As an alumni volunteer, he has also served as chapter advisor, assistant advisor, and Phonarch. He has served on numerous committees and was the president of the National Capital Alumni Chapter of Delta Tau Delta. He facilitates at Karneas and division conferences.
Professionally, Palmieri currently serves as the vice president for infrastructure, legal and regulatory policy at the National Association of Manufacturers. For the last five years, he served the U.S. House of Representatives and was the staff lead on subcommittees with oversight of government agencies’ regulatory programs.
Palmieri is a 1999 graduate of American University. He served Theta Epsilon Chapter as president and vice president. He was also IFC president. He currently resides in Arlington, Virginia.
