Nick Aylward is entering his first year as a consultant for Delta Tau Delta. Hailing from Lakewood, Ohio, Nick graduated in 2008 from Marietta College with a double major in history and theatre, and with a certificate in leadership studies. As a member of the Epsilon Upsilon Chapter at Marietta, Nick was fortunate enough to serve his chapter in a variety of ways, including philanthropy chair, vice president and also as president. Nick has attended a multitude of leadership institutions, including the Capital Leadership Academy, UIFI and the Presidents Leadership Retreat. In the Greek community, Nick was on the executive committee of Order of Omega and GAMMA. Nick was also an active member of the campus community as a board member for the Relay for Life committee, as a resident assistant as well as serving on its student government executive committee for his junior and senior years. After consulting, Nick plans on going back to school in order to further his education in the field of history. |

Nathan Easley returns for a second year on the consultant staff after traveling Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, Ohio, West Virginia and parts of Pennsylvania in addition to assisting in the re-colonization effort at the University of Tennessee. Hailing from Jacksonville, Fla., Nathan graduated in 2007 from the University of Florida where he received a bachelor’s of science in business management and a bachelor’s of arts in geography. As a member of the Delta Zeta Chapter, Nathan served as corresponding and recording secretary, new member educator, director of risk management and undergraduate council member. A graduate of the 2004 Bethany Leadership Academy, Nathan served his campus as a preview orientation staff member, a member of Florida Blue Key and he held multiple positions within student government. In his spare time, Nathan enjoys softball, Gator sports, traveling and spending time with family and friends. |

Ken Herman returns for his second year on the consulting staff after traveling the Southern Division and assisting the re-colonization efforts at Hillsdale College in Michigan and at the University of Tennessee. A native Texan, Ken graduated from Texas A&M University with a bachelor’s degree in leadership development with an emphasis in business. While an undergraduate, he served as Zeta Sigma’s guide, secretary as well as on the new member education board. Ken also participated in Texas A&M’s Big Event, a campus-wide spring community service project for the community, and Aggies Helping One Student To Succeed, a mentoring program at local elementary schools. After his second season on the road, Ken is planning a career in consulting and sales while pursuing his interests in real estate. Ken enjoys Aggie football, traveling, spending time with family and friends, plus playing golf, snorkeling, hunting and fishing. |

Kyle Keefe is returning for his second tour working with the Fraternity’s newest groups. Kyle is looking forward to applying the knowledge he gained last year on the road with the six planned expansions throughout the year. Kyle graduated in 2007 from the University of Central Florida with a bachelor’s degree in psychology and a minor in interpersonal communication. As a brother of the Zeta Omicron Chapter, Kyle served various roles including: philanthropy and community service chairman, new member educator, director of academic affairs and chapter president. He was involved on campus by working with the housing and residence life department as a resident assistant as well as sitting on the student conduct review board. In his senior year, Kyle was honored as the University of Central Florida’s “Greek Man of the Year.” Kyle is honored to have the opportunity to work with the Fraternity and with his undergraduate brothers. In his spare time Kyle likes to play baseball, softball, golf and spend time with friends and family. |

Justin Poché was born and raised in Metairie, La. He is a 2007 graduate from Southeastern Louisiana University. While studying communication Justin was involved in the campus community as well as the Epsilon Phi Chapter. He served his chapter as new member educator, second vice president and president. On campus Justin held the office of IFC president, a 2004 freshman orientation leader, served on many student advisory committees and was named the 2007 Greek Man of the Year. Justin is also a 2006 graduate of the Bethany Leadership Academy and attended the 2007 Presidents Leadership Retreat. In his spare time he enjoys playing sports, boat rides and being with his friends and family. As a first year consultant, Justin cannot wait to start his travels and begin working with many chapters in the Northern Division. |

After traveling through the Eastern Division last year, Jameson Root returns to the chapter leadership consultant staff for the 2008-2009 school year. After serving as project lead on two successful expansions at Hillsdale College and Iona College, Jameson looks forward to leading the University of Vermont team this fall. Jameson was a 2007 graduate of Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio, where he studied management, marketing and economics. As an undergraduate member of Zeta Chapter, he served as vice president of Ritual, sergeant at arms, honor board chair and house manager. On campus, he remained active as the speaker of the assembly for the Undergraduate Student Government, “The Spartan” mascot, Order of Omega president, IFC vice president of programming and an orientation executive board member. Following his second tour of duty, Jameson plans to attend graduate school to study higher education administration and pursue a career in student affairs. |

A native of Brecksville, Ohio, Dave Sirey attended John Carroll University and graduated in 2008 with a degree in history and minor in business. During his time at John Carroll, Dave was a founding father of Iota Iota Chapter and served as chapter president as well as two terms of social chairman. He was also a founding member of John Carroll’s Order of Omega chapter. Dave also was involved in various service projects and other clubs such as Through the Eyes of a Child, Labre and the men’s club volleyball team. Dave is a graduate of the 2006 Sailing Leadership Academy and the 2007 Presidents Leadership Academy. He is an Eagle Scout and enjoys spending time with family and friends, playing all outdoor sports and hiking. After his time on the road Dave hopes to pursue a career in investment real estate. |

Mike Slaughter returns for his second year on staff after traveling to the chapters in Texas, Oklahoma and Colorado. This year, Mike will be heading up the Chapter Assistance Program, and is looking forward to working closely with his new groups. A graduate of the University of Oregon, Mike received his bachelor’s degree in history in December 2006. After his work with the Fraternity concludes, Mike plans on returning to school to pursue his career as a high school history teacher. In his spare time, he enjoys football, fly fishing, hunting, traveling and cooking.
